Jennifer L. Tigges
Jennifer
Tigges is an owner and operator of Video Creations and WebSavvy since
1989. Married (happily)to Ronald since 1987. I am a Research Associate
in the field of Child Development and Human Relations(aka: Mom) and have
two beautiful boys, Mitchel and Willie. I am blessed (or insane somedays)
to stay home with them and work from my office. I shoot, edit, and handle
all the customer contacts for Video Creations and WebSavvy.
I have an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Marketing/Management and have a retail and management background. Serving in the wedding industry since 1984, I worked as a seamstress and salesperson in a local bridal salon for 9 years before going full time in video production. I have recently taken up digital photography also.
I have served as a commission member for over 16 years on the local Community Teleprogramming Commission overseeing Public Access Television rules, regulations and purchases. Producing and importing video programs for Community Television as a hobby. Currently members of Iowa Public Television, the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce, Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Friends of The Mines of Spain, the Wedding and Event Videographers Association, Henry Villa Zoological Society, Dubuque Art Museum, Americas River Museum and Aquarium, and Resurrection Catholic Church. I am a past Junior Achievement advisor and achiever. In 2000, I was accepted as one of the "The Phenomenal Women Of The Web". I recently helped coordinate 2 class reunions, and several fundraising events.
In 1995 we created WebSavvy, a web design and hosting firm with a growing list of web clients. We offer streaming video and multimedia development.
Ronald W. Tigges
Ronald is CO-owner of Video Creations and WebSavvy since 1989. He also works as an Internet Engineer at a local firm. He attended Loras College in Dubuque.
Ron is the technical advisor, trainer and producer at Video Creations.
His expertise with audio, video and computers is indispensable. He shoots
main camera and audio during major video productions. He is a special
effects, 3D animation, and electronic imaging guru. He has great expertise
in Photoshop, Lightwave, Aura and many other imaging aplications. Ron
is also a Dubuque Community Television producer and has served on the
Dubuque Cable Regulatory Commission for over 16 years. Currently members
of Iowa Public Television, the Dubuque
Area Chamber of Commerce, Dubuque
Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Friends
of The Mines of Spain, the Wedding
and Event Videographers Association, National
Association of Photoshop Professionals, Henry

In 2003 Ron started Digital Dubuque.
A digital photography, design and printing business to further his love
of photography.
We also employ several other consultants, designers, and talent when needed for various projects.
